Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up and manage a professional YouTube recording space (camera, lighting, audio).
- Record high-quality YouTube videos.
- Edit long-form YouTube videos with strong pacing, storytelling, and retention techniques.
- Record and edit short-form vertical videos for TikTok and Instagram.
- Add captions, motion graphics, sound design, and color grading.
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging short clips.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand style and quality standards.
