Established in 2018, Malefia Creative Solution is part of Malefia ICT Consultancy and Software Development. We specialize in all-in-one digital marketing and are now expanding into 360° marketing. We combine technology and creativity to help brands tell their stories through engaging digital content.

Work type: Full-time, or 3 days on-site with 2 flexible days when you must be available for shoots.

Responsibilities:
• Shoot and edit social media reels, documentaries, podcasts and product videos
• Handle product and event photography
• Set up and manage camera, lighting and audio equipment
• Follow social media trends and turn them into creative content ideas
• Use AI tools for voice and video generation
• Color grade, mix sound and deliver videos in the right format for each platform
• Organize and back up all project files

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (mandatory)
• Proven experience with cameras and photography
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro (we are not looking for CapCut-only editors)
• Good knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook content styles
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Creative thinking and the ability to meet deadlines
• A portfolio showing your video and photography work

A plus:
• After Effects skills
• TV production experience
• Scriptwriting skills
