• About the Role

We are looking for a talented, hands-on Interior Designer / Architect to join our LifecycleRE team and work closely with our lead designer.

The ideal candidate is creative, technically capable, fast in execution, well-organized, and comfortable working in a digital and collaborative environment.

We value practical skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn more than years of experience alone.
• Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design layouts, 3D models, and visual presentations.

• Support residential, commercial, and hospitality interior design projects.

• Prepare technical drawings, furniture layouts, material schedules, and finishing specifications.

• Create, organize, and maintain digital libraries of furniture, materials, finishes, and products.

• Support the development of structured design workflows within our LifecycleRE platform.

• Coordinate deliverables, revisions, and deadlines with the design team.

• Collaborate with architects, BIM specialists, and software development teams when required.

• Learn and use Coohom as part of our interior design workflow.
• Required Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Proven practical experience in interior design and 3D modelling.

• Strong ability to develop a project from design concept to technical documentation.

• Proficiency in at least one major 3D design tool, such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Blender, or equivalent.

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD or equivalent technical drafting software.

• Understanding of furniture, materials, finishes, and interior construction details.

• Ability to work independently, organize priorities, and deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Preferred, Not Mandatory

• Experience with Coohom or similar cloud-based interior design platforms.

• Experience managing digital furniture and materials libraries.

• BIM experience.

• Experience with project scheduling, task breakdown, or Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows.

Previous Coohom experience is not required. Training will be provided.
