Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process: post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparation of paperwork, orientation sessions, and trainings.
- Maintain accurate and confidential digital and physical employee records.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and other relevant data.
- Help administer employee benefits and organize staff engagement events and communications.
- Manage office supplies, equipment inventory, and coordinate maintenance requests.
- Handle front-desk support, incoming/outgoing mail, and courier services.
