About the Role
LetSequoia Coffee Export One Member PLC is seeking a Certified Coffee Cupper to join its team. The role focuses on professional cupping, grading, and sensory evaluation across the coffee value chain to deliver exceptional Ethiopian coffee to global markets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional cupping and sensory analysis
- Grade coffee based on physical and cup quality
- Develop and align flavor profiles with client requirements
- Ensure consistency from sample to shipment
- Collaborate across QC, sourcing, and export teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with junior-level experience
- Certified Coffee Cupper (Q Grader preferred)
- Strong expertise in coffee grading and profiling
- Deep understanding of Ethiopian coffee
- High consistency and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and alignment with quality and commercial goals
