About the Role
A private client is seeking a responsible and motivated Cleaning Service Supervisor based in Bethel to oversee the cleaning team and communicate directly with customers. The supervisor will ensure all services are completed on time and meet company standards.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the cleaning service team
- Communicate with customers about service requirements and schedules
- Ensure high-quality cleaning standards are maintained
- Resolve customer issues professionally
- Travel to job sites within Bethel using a company-provided car

Requirements
- Junior level; experience in cleaning or supervision is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license
- Must reside in Bethel
- Strong communication, leadership, trustworthiness, and time awareness skills
- Reliable, accountable, and well-organized
- Ability to provide a guarantor
