Duties and Responsibilities
- Process new account openings in compliance with KYC/AML requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Provide accurate information on investment products and capital market services
- Receive, log, and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary
- Maintain and update accurate customer records in the system
- Ensure all interactions comply with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Prepare regular customer service reports for management
