We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect / EA Lead to lead enterprise architecture initiatives, primarily within the banking and financial services sector in Ethiopia, with potential involvement in projects across the wider EMEA region.

The successful candidate will lead architecture assessments, gap analysis, target-state architecture design, and transformation roadmaps across business, data, application, and technology domains. The role involves working closely with clients, project managers, partners, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into practical architectural solutions.

The candidate will also facilitate client workshops, establish architecture standards and governance, review deliverables, guide junior resources, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–6+ years of hands-on Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF and ArchiMate.
• Familiarity with BIAN, BIZBOK, and/or APQC PCF.
• Experience in banking architecture, digital transformation, core banking, or payment systems.
• Knowledge of Ethiopian banking regulations and NBE requirements is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in Amharic and English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
