Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of medicines to hospitals
- Ensure accuracy of orders and delivery documentation.
- Supervise and support junior sales/delivery staff.
- Coordinate with pharmacy and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely distribution.
- Handle complex client requests and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain proper handling and safe transportation of medicines.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy and transport regulations.
- Support promotional and sales activities.
