Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management or with related field of study with relevant work experience with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide full-time on-site supervision of construction works for the G+9 building.
- Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and contract requirements.
- Implement quality control procedures, inspections, checklists, and hold points for key activities.
- Verify materials, workmanship, and methods comply with standards and approved submittals.
- Prepare daily site records and weekly/monthly progress reports (physical and financial).
