Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a social media content calendar for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content about apartments, property features, project progress, promotions, and investment opportunities.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, calls to action, and property descriptions.
- Coordinate with videographers, graphic designers, and the sales team to produce high-quality marketing content.
- Manage comments, direct messages, inquiries, and audience interactions professionally.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports and recommend improvements.
