Solnova Energy Import PLC: We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Project Sales & Business Development Officer to expand our customer base, introduce our solar products and solutions to major companies, identify and secure new business opportunities, develop strong relationships with key clients, and secure new solar and energy projects.

Responsibilities
• Introduce and promote Solnova’s solar products, energy solutions, and project offerings to potential clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with large companies, industrial, commercial, and institutional customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with company decision-makers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Identify potential solar energy and EV charging station projects and follow up from initial contact through successful project acquisition.
• Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and project presentations in coordination with the technical and sales teams.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and new project opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and project progress.
• Proven track record of achieving high-value sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Candidates with experience in the solar energy industry will have an added advantage.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of direct Previous experience in sales, business development, and marketing is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving high-value sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Candidates with experience in the sales on solar energy industry will have an added advantage.Salary: base salary plus Attractive commission.
