Parking Worker

About the Role
Redat Health Care PLC is seeking a full-time, onsite Parking Worker to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to organize and manage the parking area, assist patients, customers, visitors, and employees, and ensure safe and orderly parking service.

Responsibilities
- Direct vehicles to the designated parking areas and ensure orderly parking
- Assist patients, customers, and visitors with parking arrangements
- Give priority to patient and customer parking areas
- Monitor parking areas and prevent unauthorized parking
- Ensure safe vehicle movement within the parking area
- Assist elderly, disabled, or patients who need additional support
- Report unauthorized parking, accidents, vehicle damage, or other incidents to the supervisor
- Coordinate with Security and GS when parking-related issues arise
- Keep the parking area clean and organized
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with patients, customers, visitors, and employees
- Adhere strictly to the company No-Tip Policy and refrain from soliciting or receiving tips

Requirements
- Certificate level of education
- Junior level of experience
- Strong skills in coordinating, scheduling, and communication
