Level IV or Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Nursing, Midwifery or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on childcare, early childhood development, and safeguarding practices.
- Develop and update training materials and lesson plans.
- Assess learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Demonstrate best practices in child supervision, health, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with childcare standards, policies, and regulations.
- Support staff development through coaching and mentoring.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain accurate records.
