Qualifications & Experience
• B.Sc. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Practical experience in building construction quantity surveying and cost management.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, measurement, BOQ preparation, cost breakdown as well as cost estimation and valuation.
• Experience in preparation and review of Interim Payment Certificates, variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Familiarity with FIDIC and standard construction contract administration is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other relevant quantity surveying software.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and review quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
• Measure and verify completed works for payment certification.
• Assist in preparation and review of Interim Payment Certificates.
• Evaluate variations, claims, and additional works.
• Monitor project costs and provide cost-related reports.
• Review contractor quotations, supporting documents, and financial submissions.
• Assist in preparation and settlement of final accounts.
• Maintain accurate measurement records and cost documentation.
• Coordinate with Resident Engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients on quantity and cost-related matters.
• Support the Contract Administration team in contractual and commercial matters.
