Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic direction of the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strict adherence to corporate deadlines
- Provide high-level financial analysis and insights to the executive team to drive strategic decision-making.
- Act as the primary financial liaison for external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a large team of finance professionals fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Drive the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.
