We are seeking an experienced Leather Craftsperson for a full-time position in Addis Ababa to produce high-quality bags, wallets, belts and other leather accessories.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing patterns and samples from designs.
  • Cutting, stitching and assembling leather products.
  • Installing linings, zippers, straps and hardware.
  • Completing edge finishing and checking product quality.
  • Working with the design team to develop new products.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leather craftsmanship, especially bag making.
  • Ability to use leather sewing machines and hand tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality finishing.
  • Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

Formal qualifications are not mandatory; practical skills and experience are our priority.
