Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily customer service operations and front office activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of member inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SACCO members.
- Ensure members receive clear information about products, services, and procedures.
- Manage and resolve escalated member complaints efficiently.
- Establish a structured complaint handling and feedback system.
