Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all loan-related activities of the SACCO.
- Develop and implement loan plans, strategies, and operational procedures.
- Review and evaluate loan applications and recommendations.
- Ensure proper credit analysis and risk assessment before loan approval.
- Monitor loan utilization and repayment performance.
- Develop and implement effective loan collection and recovery strategies.
- Identify and mitigate credit and operational risks.
