Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance of the SACCO.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting.
- Monitor budget implementation and provide variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Present financial reports to management and the board.
- Strengthen internal control systems to minimize financial risk and fraud.
