- B.Sc. Degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in building construction supervision is required.
- Knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site management.
- Knowledge of contract administration and PPA/FIDIC/standard construction contracts is an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, testing, quality, and site safety.
• Review and follow up on shop drawings, RFIs, method statements, and material submittals.
• Monitor construction progress and identify technical issues and delays.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate site meetings.
• Maintain proper site records, reports, photographs, and project documentation.
• Support measurement, payment certification, variation, and other contract administration activities.
• Coordinate technical issues between the project site and the Consultant's design/management team.
• Support project testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out activities.
