Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in Medical and Surgical wards
- Monitor, assess, and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and ward rounds
- Carry out wound care, post-operative care, and infection control practices
- Observe and report any changes in patient condition promptly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and nursing documentation
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and self-care
