• Position: Tutor / Course Developer
• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Work Schedule: 4 days per week, full-day
• Work Arrangement: Onsite
• Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Have a strong academic background and genuinely enjoy learning.
• Have a passion for teaching, explaining, and mentoring students.
• Can explain difficult concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging way.
• Have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Are disciplined, reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to deadlines.
• Are curious, creative, and always looking for ways to improve.
• Can work independently while also collaborating with a team.

Experience working with an e-learning platform, educational technology company, or digital learning environment is a strong plus.

Your Responsibilities

As a Tutor / Course Developer, you will:

Teach and explain academic concepts clearly to students.
Develop and organize high-quality educational content and courses.
Prepare lessons, notes, examples, questions, and learning activities.
Help design structured learning paths that make studying easier and more effective.
Review and improve educational content before publication.
Work closely with video editors and other course developers.
Monitor student needs and continuously improve our learning materials.
Contribute ideas that can make FutureX's educational experience better.
