Position: Office Receptionist QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and assist visitors professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence
- Manage office records and filing systems
- Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars
- Provide administrative support to various departments
Position 2: Sales Officer QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Management, Business, or related field
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication abilities
- Previous sales experience is an advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Promote company products and services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and customer feedback summaries
Position 3: Marketing Officer QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze customer trends
- Manage social media and promotional activities
- Support brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives
- Prepare marketing reports and performance evaluations
