■ Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or higher with 2+ years of relevant experience.

○ Role Summary: Responsible for creating and developing clothing collections that align with market trends and customer needs.

■ Key Responsibilities:
Research fashion trends and customer preferences.
Develop new clothing designs and collections.
Select appropriate fabrics, colors, and trims.
Collaborate with pattern makers and sample tailors.
Review, refine, and improve garment samples.
Ensure final designs meet quality benchmarks and cost targets.

• Quantity: 2

• Salary: Starting from 20,000 ETB 💰

2️⃣ Position: Garment / Apparel Mechanic

■ Qualifications & Experience: 2 years and above of experience in garment machinery maintenance.

○ Role Summary: Ensure all garment production machinery runs smoothly, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

• Quantity: 2

• Salary: As per the Company Scale 💵
