Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job vacancies to onboarding new team members.
- Maintain complete, up-to-date, and audit-ready physical and digital employee personnel files
- Manage employee leave and attendance tracking.
- Ensure all HR operations are compliant with local labor laws and internal HR manuals.
- Supervise general services staff, including security, cleaners and assistants
- Manage the procurement and inventory of office stationery, and cleaning supplies.
- Assist in drafting, processing, and tracking office lease agreements and vendor contracts.
