Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement & Supply Management or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and issue materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Prepare daily stock movement and inventory reports.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO principles.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization in line with 5S standards.
- Segregate damaged or obsolete materials and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Supervise warehouse support staff, including casual laborers and cleaners.
