Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Screen and validate outpatient prescriptions for proper dosage, drug-drug interactions, contraindications, and clarity before dispensing
- Ensure accurate compounding, labeling, and packaging of medications according to professional standards
- Accurately review, prepare, and dispense medication orders submitted by physicians and nurses for admitted inpatients across various hospital wards.
- Maintain meticulous, legally compliant registers for all controlled substances dispensed within the hospital.
