Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's real estate sales strategy.
- Lead and manage the sales team toward agreed business objectives.
- Establish sales targets, KPIs and performance standards.
- Develop sales pipelines and lead-generation strategies.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies for new client acquisition and referral networks.
- Review sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
