- Manage the scheduling of vehicle service appointments, coordinating with mechanics to ensure efficient workflow.
- Serve as the liaison between customers and garage staff, relaying messages, updates, and any required information.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer details, service history, and payments.
- Give receipts using the cash register machine, Receive or handle customer payments, and manage any related billing inquiries
