Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary records.
- Develop, implement, and monitor employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate employee performance evaluations and appraisal processes.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly HR and performance reports.
