Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Human Resources and Organizational Development (HROD), or with related field of study with relevant work experience with relevant work experience
Duties & Responsibilities:-
- Participates in the development of HR strategy and programs, assists in the development of the division plan and budget
- Participates in the development and review of human resource administration systems, policies & procedures
- Evaluating employee performance and appraising
- Conducts surveys on employee benefits, satisfaction, investigations, and analysis
- Coaches, mentors, orients, trains, and guides junior staffs
