Juicebox is a juice and boba cafe in Summit, Addis Ababa. We're hiring one Cafe Manager to run the cafe day to day.
✅ Position: Cafe Manager
■ Responsibilities:
- Lead, schedule & train staff
- Run the POS & ordering system
- Handle cash flow: daily counts, reconciliation, banking
- Own customer experience & service quality
- Stock & inventory management, supplier orders
- Business tasks outside the cafe when needed (errands, supplier runs, ad-hoc assignments from the owner)
■ Requirements:
• Experience managing a cafe or restaurant
• Fluent Amharic + working English
• POS & inventory experience
• Trustworthy with cash handling
• Flexible on hours/weekends, and willing to step outside the cafe for business tasks
