Description:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations at our confectionery plant. You will be responsible for line efficiency, output targets, raw material utilization, and team supervision.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Food Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related field.

• years of proven leadership experience in food manufacturing (confectionery, candy, or bakery experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Food Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and ISO safety standards.

• Excellent capacity planning, team management, and troubleshooting skills.

• Official experience letter(s) from previous employer(s) verifying relevant work history is required.
