Description:

We are looking for a detailed-oriented Physico-Chemical Expert to run laboratory quality control testing for our confectionery products. You will analyze raw ingredients, in-process samples, and finished goods to ensure adherence to safety and consistency standards.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Food Chemistry, or related field.

• years of hands-on experience in physical and chemical food testing (moisture content, pH, Brix/sugar levels, viscosity, shelf-life testing).

• Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation (refractometers, pH meters, titrators) and local Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority (EFDA) food quality standards.

• High attention to record-keeping and lab safety protocols.

• Official experience letter(s) from previous employer(s) verifying relevant work history is required.
