AKOYA PROPERTIES is looking for a highly creative, detail-driven Video Editor & Videographer to capture compelling visuals and transform raw footage into polished, high-performing brand content.

We need someone who understands that great visuals create trust, strong storytelling builds engagement, and high-quality content supports business results.

The Role

As our Video Editor & Videographer, you will plan, capture, edit, and deliver video content that strengthens Akoya Properties’ brand presence, increases visibility, improves engagement, and supports sales and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute video production from concept to final delivery (pre-production, filming, editing, publishing)
• Videograph real-estate content including properties, neighborhoods, client experiences, and promotional events
• Edit and color-grade videos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
• Create short-form content (Reels, TikTok-style videos, YouTube Shorts) with strong hooks and retention
• Develop creative storytelling angles that make Akoya stand out in the real-estate market
• Work with the Marketing & Sales teams to produce content that supports campaigns and lead generation
• Ensure consistent brand look, style, and quality across all video deliverables
• Manage shoot schedules, equipment readiness, and production efficiency
• Keep content aligned with current trends while protecting brand reputation
• Support content performance by re-editing and optimizing based on feedback and engagement insights

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a creative professional with strong technical skills, great taste, and strong ownership.

Requirements

Education
• BA/BSc in Film/Media/Communications/Marketing or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Experience
• Above 1 year of proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor
• Experience producing content for real estate, events, or corporate brands is an advantage

Skills & Competencies
• Strong videography skills: camera operation, composition, lighting basics, audio awareness
• Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / After Effects (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in color correction/grading and audio cleanup
• Ability to create fast, engaging short-form edits with captions, transitions, and brand-consistent styles
• Strong storytelling and creative decision-making
• Understanding of social media content strategy and performance-driven creative
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
