Hybrid Designs PLC (Ride), an innovative IT company in Addis Ababa, is launching an online platform to enable travelers hail a RIDE on demand. RIDE is the largest taxi booking platform in Ethiopia, primarily operating in Addis Ababa and Djibouti. Founded by Samrawit Fikru, it has become one of the most recognized brands in Ethiopia over 11 years.
Position 1: Junior Booking Agent – Call Center

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Clear speaking voice
- Basic computer skills
- Typing speed of
25 WPM or above
- Available to start immediately
Work Conditions
- Rotational shifts are mandatory
- Night shifts may be assigned

Position 2: Junior PR & Communications Officer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships included), preferably in corporate, nonprofit, or agency settings.
- Strong writing and verbal skills in
English and Amharic; additional local languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with basic content and layout tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Workspace).
- Understanding of brand tone, corporate messaging, and stakeholder-centered communication.
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to grow in a fast-moving, impact-driven company.
