Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Public Health or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments during each visit.
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Perform wound care and dressing changes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management.
- Teach medication administration and adherence.
- Provide guidance on nutrition, hygiene, mobility, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Complete visit notes and nursing reports after every visit.
