WeDreaM, HR Services is seeking an experienced Associate HR Consultant to join our remote, project-based consulting network.
The consultant will support HR assessments, identify organizational challenges, develop practical HR solutions, and create HR tools including JDs, KPIs, policies and performance-management systems.
Requirements:
BA+ in HR Management or related field
3+ years relevant experience
Strong writing & communication skills
Strategic & analytical thinking
Teamwork and problem-solving skills
Work: Remote | Project-based
Payment: Negotiable percentage per project, based on scope and contribution
