General Description
Under the immediate supervision of the Project Coordinator (PC) and in close collaboration with the EC Project Manager (PIM) and Consortium Coordinator (CC), the Field Officer is responsible for the successful implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of project activities and outputs at the field level. The role ensures achievement of project results with the required quality and within stipulated timelines while working closely with government offices, TVET institutions, administrative officials, community leaders, private sector representatives, and partner organizations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong foundation in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Economics, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar NGO setting for Bachelor degree holders
