Management Responsibilities

Support daily business operations and administrative activities.
Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating company projects.
Monitor workflow and help improve operational efficiency.
Prepare reports and support management with administrative tasks.

Marketing Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Create and manage content for social media and digital platforms.
Conduct market research and identify customer trends.
Support brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives.

Accounting Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist with bookkeeping, invoices, and expense tracking.
Support the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.
Ensure financial data is organized and recorded accurately.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Management, Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

The starting salary for all three positions is net 10,000 birr per month.
