About the Role
👉 We are looking for a highly communicative, patient, and responsible Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for communicating with customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

■ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• No previous work experience required (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good English communication skills
• Patient and professional when dealing with customers
• Responsible and reliable
• Fast learner
• Able to solve problems effectively
• Able to handle pressure and multiple inquiries
• Good computer skills
• Passionate about personal growth and professional excellence

👉 The Customer Service Representative will play an important role in handling daily customer communication, following up on inquiries, providing accurate information, and making sure customers receive timely and professional support.

👉 We need someone who is disciplined, detail-oriented, confident in communication, able to stay calm under pressure, and capable of handling multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
