About the Role
We are looking for an Intermediate Video Editor to join our team and produce high-quality educational, social media, and promotional content.
Requirements:
• Intermediate video editing skills
• Previous editing experience is preferred, but extensive experience is not required
• Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, subtitles, sound, transitions, and visual effects
• Good computer skills and experience with video editing software
• Must have your own PC suitable for video editing
• Creative, responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects
• Flexible and willing to learn from senior editors and other experienced members of our company
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement

This is a full-time, on-site position in Addis Ababa. Candidates who cannot commit to working full-time on-site should not apply.
