Job Summary
AMI Express is seeking energetic, responsible and trainable individuals to join our courier operations team. This is a hands-on operations and field-based position - not an office-only job. Successful candidates will be trained in the complete courier process, from customer booking through shipment pickup, documentation, system processing, tracking and outbound preparation. During quieter operational periods, employees will also support client follow-up, field visits and new courier business development.

Who We Are Looking For
• High school graduate, diploma or bachelor's degree holder; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• No previous courier experience required - practical training will be provided.
• Basic computer skills: Excel, Word and email.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Willing and able to travel around Addis Ababa for shipment pickups and client visits.
• Organized, punctual, reliable, attentive to detail and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting shipment deadlines.
