Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and walk-in requests.
- Provide shipment status updates and delivery information.
- Track delivery performance and follow up on delayed shipments.
- Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, warehouse, and operations teams.
- Record customer complaints and service incidents.
- Investigate delivery failures, delays, lost parcels, or damaged shipments.
- Identify recurring customer issues and recommend corrective actions.
