Job Position – Junior Administration and HR Officer

Required Qualification and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management with related field of study.

Experience: 1-2 years’ experience.

Quantity Required: 1

Salary: As per the company salary scale

Location: Addis Ababa, Jackrose

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assisting in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.

Maintaining employee records and updating employee files

Coordinating training sessions and employee engagement activities.

Managing office supplies and ensuring a well-organized work environment etc.

Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Proficiency in ERP Software
