Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the transition and ongoing maintenance of financial statements in full compliance with IFRS requirements.
- Lead the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, including statements of financial position, comprehensive income, and cash flows, ensuring strict adherence to accounting standards.
- Manage fuel inventory costing, volumetric reconciliation, and revenue recognition processes unique to the petroleum sector.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of VAT, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Income Tax in compliance with Ethiopian tax laws.
