Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive architectural working drawings, floor plans, blueprints, and construction documents in full compliance with project specifications.
- Manage project technical specifications and make necessary blueprint corrections/modifications to address site execution challenges.
- Coordinate actively with structural engineers, interior designers, MEP consultants, and general contractors across all project execution phases.
- Attend routine construction site meetings and conduct visual progress reviews to ensure ongoing work precisely matches approved design plans.
