Position 1: IT Trainee Qualification: BSC degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field of discipline. Year of Graduation: 2025 and 2026 CGPA: 2.75 and above Experience: Not Required Additional Requirement: Applicants are required to pass the exit exam. Place of Work: Head Office.

Position 2: Senior HR Business Partner Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from recognized higher learning institute in Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
(HR Certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD is highly desirable)
Experience: Must have minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or Senior HR Officer role managing remote, field-based, or multi-site teams. Place of Work: Southwest and Bahir Dar Districts.
