Position 1: Call Center Operator QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education:BA Degree or Diploma in Customer Service, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Professional Experience:Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience in call center operations, customer support, or frontline service. Industry Background:Prior experience in FinTech, Banking, Telecom, Mobile Money, or E-Commerce call centers is a strong advantage. Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken Amharic and English. Position 2: Legal Advisor QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education:Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized university. (A Master of Laws / LL.M. in Commercial Law is highly advantageous.) Licensure:Valid advocacy/legal practice license in Ethiopia. Professional Experience:Minimum 4 to 7 years of post-qualification legal experience in a corporate setting, law firm, financial institution, or tech enterprise. Industry Background:Direct experience in FinTech, Banking, Telecom, or Digital Payments is strongly preferred. Language Skills: Native or full professional fluency in Amharic and English (written and spoken), with strong legal drafting capabilities. Position 3: MARKETING COORDINATOR / OFFICER
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field. Professional Experience:

1 to 3 yearsof active experience in digital marketing, brand coordination, content creation, or advertising.
- Experience within

Position 5: Operations Manager Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Law, IT, or a related field.
- MBA, Master’s degree, or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a management or senior supervisory role.
- Proven experience leading multiple departments or cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience in two or more of operations, finance, marketing, HR, project management, legal/compliance, or FinTech.
- Experience in FinTech, banking, mobile money, digital payments, financial services, technology companies, or digital platforms is highly preferred.
